How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Soccervoting Pest Control should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page lays out the steps and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Soccervoting Pest Control
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service.
First, raise the problem with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you said and what they replied.
Next, tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Soccervoting Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or decide things for a provider.
If your concern is how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Illinois.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@soccervoting.garden. Include these items:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Send It
Here is the usual order:
1. We acknowledge your complaint by email, typically within a few business days. 2. We look into what happened. This may include contacting the provider. 3. We reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Satisfied?
If our reply does not settle it, answer the email and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
